LDS Property’s Garnet Bulleen development is selling its final home.

The Bulleen apartment complex, which ceased sales during the worst of the pandemic, is now in high demand for young, safety-conscious first-home buyers.

61 of the two buildings of the Garnet development project were completed in 2019. But its final product was not withdrawn from the market until the end of last year.

Now they are provided in a near-new state, and any defects will appear in the LDS property complex two years later.

James Wardrop of Barry Plant said that Garnet has strong sales to a combination of small home buyers and first home buyers who want to escape the rent trap.

Mr. Wardrop said: “They looked at these and left, but came back before buying and said,’These are all good’.”

“It attracts first-time homebuyers, usually young couples and young women, because it has good security and an affordable price range.”

The open-plan living space and the return bench in the kitchen also add to the appeal.

The size range is 69-86 square meters. Some homes have courtyards as high as 18 square meters or balconies as high as 14 square meters.

Stone countertops, wide bathroom tiles, wool carpets, and engineered oak floors give every room a homely feel, while some have walk-in closets or return kitchen benches.

Buyers can sign a contract with a 5% deposit, and then settle according to their preferences.

The design of the building makes maximum use of the space in the apartment without making people feel like a box.

The prices of the remaining apartments range from US$490,000 to US$545,000.
