secondThe 60 apartments of Sirius, Sydney’s latest luxury apartment project in The Rocks, have been snapped up, setting a new high for off-the-plan (OTP) apartment pricing.
The $405 million in sales includes $35 million worth of penthouses, equivalent to $112,000 per square meter, from a buyer at Point Piper.
It occupies 311 square meters of space on top of the primitive Fauvist building.

Another of the nine penthouses was sold at the midweek countdown and was sold to a US$19 million buyer from Coogee, which is equivalent to US$118,000 per square meter.
Yesterday, a penthouse apartment worth 22 million US dollars was sold.

The one-bedroom under reconstruction starts at $1.7 million and is expected to be completed by the end of next year. It can be accessed from Cumberland St or Gloucester Walk.
