According to fire officials, on Sunday, May 16, the Palisades fire in Los Angeles, California burned 800 acres. The Los Angeles County Fire Department said the fire was about 835 acres, up from 750 acres on Saturday. The fire department said that as of 10:30 am on Sunday, the level of the fire was zero. The Los Angeles County Fire Department said that multiple communities in the area are being forced to evacuate.
