Mermaid Waters’ house price record was broken for an unprecedented fifth time in just six months, reaching an exciting $3.52 million.
According to Kollosche’s agent Sam Guo, the four-story beach house at 13 Intrepid Drive is not yet on the market.

According to RP Data’s records, the seller is Hannah Kunliwen, wife of Taiwanese star rapper Jay Chou.
Mr. Guo would not disclose any details about the seller, only that they no longer use the house and have exceeded their requirements.
The property was sold for a record US$3.52 million.
Ms. Quinlivan purchased the property in 2015 for US$2.65 million. She still owns a seaside mansion in Surfers Paradise, which she bought in 2017 for $5.25 million.
Mr. Guo and his colleague Julia Kuo sold the Mermaid Waters house. He said that a local buyer bought a four-story house in a block at a high price with a view of Intrepid Lake.
This is the sixth time the record has been broken this year.
Mr. Guo said: “The buyer has wanted to buy on the street for a long time. They have been staring at the house. They should have acted.”
“When he heard that it was going for sale, he checked it and made an offer after the first viewing,” he said. “He just likes the location and the view.”
Kollosche’s sales agent Sam Guo said that the house has exceeded the owner’s requirements.
The mermaid waters continue to grow.
In January, the highest price for a two-block house on 29-31 Cessnock Close was $3.25 million. It has maintained this record since 2017, but in February, No. 3 Vevey St, owned by Gold Coast councillor Darlene and his wife Samantha Reynolds, broke this record when they were in a block The refurbished Palm Springs-style property was auctioned off Harcourts Broadbeach for $3.397 million.
Rochelle Lamers and Eoghan Murphy from Kollosche responded with an auction at 21 Saxonvale Terrace in April. The auction was fiercely competitive and finally sold for $3.41 million.

The original record holder 29-31 Cessnock Close is still on the market after being passed at auction earlier this year. If it is sold, it is expected to break the record for the sixth time in 2021. It is listed together with Hanan Cawley of Harcourts Coastal.
