Sky News host Alan Jones said every day that Gladys Berry Giklian “proved” that she did not have the “common ground” needed to lead the people of New South Wales.
During the four-week extended lockdown in the state, Ms. Berejiklian was asked at a press conference about the situation of the students at school. She replied: “We are grateful that this means another four weeks… another month of home school learn”.
“Gladys, you don’t know the anxiety and stress this causes,” Mr. Jones said.
“But the prime minister said a few months ago that children should go to school, didn’t he let his daughter go to school?
“However, we have parents working from home, trying to supervise their children’s studies, finding equipment for them and having enough internet.
“Every day, Gladys Berejiklian, you prove that you don’t have the common ground required to lead the people of this state.”
