The developer and former North Queensland Cowboys chairman Laurence Lancini bought a riverfront apartment in Tenerife, Brisbane’s most expensive suburb.
The founders of Lancini Property Group purchased a three-story residence on June 1. The company started as a residential construction company in Townsville more than 30 years ago and then expanded in Queensland.
Ranchini, once known as Mr. Townsville, moved to Brisbane, where his company established its headquarters.

However, real estate records show that Lancini still has two properties in Townsville, a mansion on the Gold Coast and a property in Maleny.
Lancini’s latest acquisition is a luxurious apartment with sweeping river views, which they bought for US$3.85 million.
The first-floor apartment flows seamlessly from the inside to a large riverside balcony with a built-in barbecue grill.
The interior features a designer kitchen, an open-plan living and dining area, three large bedrooms, including a luxurious master suite with walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom and private balcony, home office, video intercom, multifunctional Cbus lighting system, plumbing Air conditioning and direct elevator access.
Shared resort-style facilities include a gym, on-site management staff, and fitness and leisure pools surrounded by private venues.

Pet-friendly, the complex also provides secure parking spaces for two vehicles, and it is possible to purchase boats parked in private docks for residents only.
The luxury apartment is just a short walk from the headquarters of Ranchini Real Estate Group.
It is sold by Place New Farm agents Judy Goodger and Matthew Foote.
After 17 years at the helm, Lancini retired from the role of cowboy in March last year.
During his tenure, he witnessed the Cowboys winning their first Premier League title, as well as the completion of the Country Bank Stadium in Queensland and the NRL Cowboy House.
His development company supports some of Townsville’s most well-known retail areas, including Fairfield Central, City Lane and City Arcade, as well as the environmentally friendly 420 on the Flinders commercial tower customized for Ergon.
