Daniel Ricciardo’s McLaren teammate Lando Norris angrily denied the allegations against him during the Monaco Grand Prix.
After waving to Daniel Ricardo at the Monaco Grand Prix, Lando Norris slammed Formula One fans for fabricating “absolute nonsense.”
In the game last weekend, the British star rushed to his second podium of the season, ranking third, behind champions Max Verstappen and Carlos Sainz.

“By the way, any time someone lets me pass the blue flag, anyone, if they get out of the way correctly, they should, I will raise my hand and say thank you, okay?”
Norris went on to say that those who follow closely will see him waving to all defenders, including the Haas duo Nikita Mazepin and Mick Schumacher.
The angry British added: “I did this to frighten everyone; Ma Zeping, Schumacher, Danny…
“No matter who I pass by, they step aside and I will raise my hand and say thank you.
“So, when I surpass Danny, don’t just notice one and think I’m doing something wrong.
“Let me understand this because I have seen a lot of stories made up by people.”

In his brilliant season, the Englishman was second only to Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton in the rankings.
