Sky News host Chris Kenny said that a new cryogenic center will be opened in New South Wales later this year. The center will freeze the dead, hoping to “resurrect them” one day.
“There are already 32 people who have paid as much as $70,000 for their positions. You’d better go in quickly because there are only 8 people left,” Mr. Kenny said.
Mr. Kenny spoke with Elphie Coyle, the founding member of Southern Cryonics, who said: “Obviously, if we are to be frozen at some point, our intention is to have some kind of technology before that, which won’t make it Old body,” he told Sky News host Chris Kenny.
“Nevertheless, I would rather choose that option than play a potential role at the other end of my life.”
