Cricket champion David Warner and his wife Candice are preparing to move into their $8 million permanent residence in Lurline Bay.
Since they have already sold their “night watchman” house, the sale is coming soon.
This is their residence nearby, and they have only built 900m in the past four years.

Their temporary residence in Maroubra covers an area of 335 square meters and is a split-level entertainment venue with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It was renovated during their possession, adding a rear extension.

This temporary family home cost USD 2.33 million at the end of 2016. Shane Vincent of Belle Property sold the house for $4.2 million last week, but the delivery date may be delayed.
They expect the construction of the house to begin in 2017, and the estimated construction time is two years. According to the signs on site, their new home will be renovated soon and will be equipped with an In Vogue kitchen.
This five-story house worth 4 million US dollars, still has some external scaffolding, is located in a 892 square meter seaside reserve, and cost 3.9 million US dollars in 2015.
The Warners initially sold their mansion in South Coogee for $7.05 million, which provided funding for their purchase and construction. Two years ago, the cost of this house was $6.25 million.
