China uses its influence to impose “dark circles” on Australia’s environmental and cultural issues

Sky News host Paul Murray said that China is using the power it has accumulated in the United Nations and other places to try to impose “dark circles” on Australia’s environmental or cultural problems.

“Therefore, UNESCO, the environmental organization, held a meeting in China. It has a great say in China. It is trying to pretend that the Great Barrier Reef needs to be listed as an endangered species,” Mr. Murray said.

“It’s all because we want to investigate the killing of so many people. You were sent to your room in Melbourne tonight and stayed in Sydney for a few weeks? Come on.

“If you are looking for a reason why this government particularly challenges and supports the right thing, it is the battle with China.”
