Canterbury Bulldog star Dylan Napa (Dylan Napa) upgraded to Bondi in the eastern suburbs.
Napa replaced the rooster with a bulldog in 2019 and is now closer to the beach, trading Rose Bay between Bondi Beach and Tamarama for a value of 158 Ten thousand dollar apartment.
This is a 140 square meters garden unit with a wrap-around courtyard. It is a house-like apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

PPD agent Mary-Anne Cronin has been buying the house for $1.6 million, and it was last sold for $601,000 in 2006, when the price fell back from the developer’s initial price of $790,000.
Napa entered the real estate ladder in 2017. He spent $1.1 million to rent an apartment in Rose Bay, which quickly became a rent after his recent purchase.
