A mysterious injury brought the blockbuster showdown between Tim Tszyu and Michael Zerafa into chaos because they feared that the battle would be cancelled.

On Wednesday, Tszyu was injured when he learned that Zerafa was booked for a promotional trip because Zerafa missed the trip due to injuries.
Tszyu told the “Daily Telegraph” that if Tszyu suffers any type of rib injury, he will hit Tszyu with a series of bodies.
“If it is a rib injury, he needs to make sure that he recovers quickly because he will be beaten several times there.” Tszyu told the “Daily Telegraph”.
“I hope he can recover soon. I don’t understand why he wants to make up.
“We still have seven weeks. They will not cancel this battle in such a remote place. He has enough time to recover.”
The 26-year-old son of Australian legend Tim Tszyu (Tszyu) has a record of 18 to 0 and is ranked first with the unified WBO, IBF, WBA and WBC middleweight world champions. .
Tszyu’s decision to fight Zelafah is widely believed to be due to events beyond his control that undermined his world championship title.
