Republican Nikki Osborne and her family are looking for houses on the Sunshine Coast after leaving Victoria to start a new life in Queensland.

Osborne, husband Jeremy and children Wed and Wed Teddy fled the southern state last year after getting tired of lockdown restrictions.

“I’m a celebrity… let me get out of here!” The star who was still renting out property on the Mornington Peninsula got caught in finding a house in Buderim or wasting a house by the water Dilemma.

Nikki Osborne said in the TV series: “I am a celebrity…let me get out of here!”

She said: “We are torn up.” “Are we closing the gates of Victoria and buying our dream home here, or do we stick to it and buy a more modest house from Buderim?

“If this is the home we dream of, we will spend about $1.5 million to get a very beautiful thing.”

Osborne said that she found that the market was extremely competitive, but local agents told them that market activity had slowed down.

The latest data from SQM Research shows that, on the contrary, the number of listings on the Sunshine Coast is still extremely low, while the number of new home listings in other parts of the country is increasing.

Nikki Osborne hosted “Just for Laughter: Top Ten Uncensored Online”.

According to data from SQM Research, in November last year, the total number of real estate listings on the Sunshine Coast hit a ten-year low, but has since fallen by 22% to a record low of 5978 in April.

At the same time, Ms. Osborne said that she and her family love living in the Sunshine State because of the quality of life.

“In the absence of slums, the children play in the street until the street lights are on!”
