A sudden storm hit northwestern Texas, and a “sudden” hail hit Amarillo

On May 16, Amarillo, Texas was hit by a “sudden” hail attack, and the northwestern part of Texas was hit by a severe storm. According to data from the National Weather Service, severe hailstorms are expected to hit Texas and Panhandles in Oklahoma on the evening of May 16. “That was sudden and interesting!
