Amy Castano revealed how her husband and celebrity coach Jono helped change her body in the three months before the wedding.
Welcome to You Got This, news.com.au’s weekly fitness inspiration clip, which contains tips and advice from real women who have experienced it all.
Just after traveling to Los Angeles, Amy Castano (Amy Castano) felt extremely unwell.
The 31-year-old woman runs a popular Acero gym with celebrity coach and husband Jono in Sydney. She said she remembered that moment very well.
“It was before our wedding, in October of three years, and I remember returning from our trip, it felt great,” Amy told news.com.au.
“I am not myself. I just feel heavy and dull all the time.”

Accountant turned into a beauty online celebrity, with 500,000 Instagram fans, Said she spent most of the week training, her diet has declined and needs adjustment.
“I have been training my whole life, but I want you to know that when you go out to eat in a restaurant and then drink, you just can’t train bad diets. That’s all I need to do, just clean up my diet.”
Three months before her wedding, Amy asked herself, “What can I do to change my body”-this time she turned to her current husband, Jonuo, who also happens to be the best person in the industry .
“That was the only time I was involved,” Jono said with a smile, and Amy joked, “I thought,’Help me.'”
Then, the two began to transform together by changing their diets.
They follow a high-fat, high-protein, and low-carbohydrate diet, also known as ketone.
“We created a keto lifestyle, we work together as a team and can cook every day,” Jono told news.com.au.
“We all did it, and I got amazing results.
“Actually I have been using my own technology [12 week] The customer shifts because I feel that people are struggling with carbohydrates and determining how many calories they should consume each day [and this helps]. “

Amy, who is 167 cm tall, lost 15 kg by combining dietary changes with strength, weightlifting and resistance training.
Jono also looks very thin on important days. However, even though he believes in diet, he says it is unsustainable for the long term.
“Too much fat can lead to high cholesterol. Too much protein can cause kidney stones, which is why I like to use it for transformation,” he said.
“The 12-week time span is great, but then go back to the balanced approach and still understand your calories,” he suggested.
And this is exactly what Amy will do in the end. Today, she follows a more balanced diet of fat, carbohydrates, protein and fiber.
“I feel incredible. I feel very good and can control my lifestyle,” she said.
Although some people may find it unbelievable, even though Jono is a personal trainer, he does not actually train Amy.
“He is just too busy,” the 31-year-old said.
And he is, an average of 80 PTs and conversations per week.
Instead, Amy follows her own plan, which includes aerobics, weightlifting, boxing and Pilates.
However, the couple do work together and have been doing this since establishing Acero 10 years ago.
“We work very well together because we have a good balance. He knows where he is, and I know where I am-we will not cross the line.”
Jono who has worked with many celebrities Rebellious Wilson To Rita Ora and recently Jody Shore Star Charlotte Crosby (remote) said the best part he did was to be able to work with his wife.
“I don’t think many people have the opportunity to find someone who is passionate in the same industry as you, which makes it easier for me to find,” Jono told news.com.au. “We all understand each other.”
Amy manages the entire Acero brand, including all aspects of marketing, finance, and social media, while Jono is responsible for training.
Together, the power couple built a successful empire with 10 trainers and an endless database of members and social media followers.

Jono said that training Australian actress and Hollywood star Rebel Wilson will help increase brand awareness and enable them to deal with such well-known celebrities.
“We are always very grateful for this,” he said.
However, the 30-year-old has now been working with big-name talents for a while, and with loyal clients, he has been able to take Acero from an outdoor-style meeting to a studio with a thriving community atmosphere.
“I think this is the key from the beginning. It is difficult to do this and it takes time,” he said.
But please pay attention to this space, because Jono and Amy hope to expand the brand locally and globally in Melbourne.
“For Acero, Los Angeles will definitely happen at some stage. The idea came about because Los Angeles offers opportunities, and the United States has a passion for health and wellness similar to us Australians,” Jono said.
