Blinken said that the swastika found on Monday has been removed and the incident is under investigation.
As the stepson of a Holocaust survivor who grew up in Jewish tradition, Brinken has made fighting anti-Semitism a priority since taking office. In Berlin last month, he and his German counterparts launched a new Virtue Holocaust dialogue aimed at ensuring that the lessons of the Nazi era will not be forgotten.
