“They are different owners and have different situations,” Mr. Gupta said.
“(Those) who are interested in one are also interested in another.”
Mr. Gupta said that the purchase of these two properties meant that it was possible to build five houses on the site instead of two sold separately.
He said the two properties could also be divided into three parts if the buyer wanted.
For this reason, Mr. Gupta said that developers have always shown strong interest in these sites.

Mr. Gupta said that based on the results, he will decide whether to auction the house at 10 Hargrave Street.
