The final apartment released by Mirvac’s Tullamore project has greenery that matches what used to be a golf course in the past.
The final apartment is teeing off during the reconstruction of Doncaster’s former East Golf Course.
Forme is the third unit complex in Mirvac’s Tullamore district, demonstrating that the housing market has been on the right track since the first sale of redevelopment in 2016.
Owners are now the mainstay of the apartment market.

Stuart Penklis, head of Mirvac’s housing department, said that this transition makes the newly added building a “very high-quality luxury building.”
Villeroy & Boch faucets will join Miele appliances, and the wood highlights and curved design accents “create something very special.”
Mr. Penklis said: “This is more advanced than anything else on the market.”

The Forme building is the last major part of the development project.

The apartment on the first floor includes a sizable courtyard garden.
The flexible floor plan will better meet the needs of home office and home education, and the kitchen will become the social center and the family’s cooking center.
Forme’s one-bedroom apartment has a floor plan of 50-60 square meters, a two-bedroom residence is 90 square meters, and a three-bedroom apartment has a layout of 116-120 square meters.
Outdoor spaces have also been promoted. Paul Bangay is responsible for overseeing the landscaping of public spaces and walls, echoing the greenery that the area used to be a golf course. Shared spaces include lounges with fireplaces and private dining areas, designed to provide residents with a place to entertain friends and family or to connect with neighbors.
A large area of glass windows will provide plenty of natural light for the open interior of the residence.
High-quality fixtures and accessories will bring a luxurious atmosphere to the house.
About half of households will use SolShare technology to save up to 40% of energy costs through rooftop solar panels.
Forme will officially start sales on July 17, and is expected to start soon and be completed before the end of 2022. The Tullamore district, with about 900 homes, including a Protrotore cafe, and a health and lifestyle club, should be roughly completed in time.
One-bedroom apartments are priced from US$415,000 to US$495,000, two-bedroom apartments are priced from US$600,000 to US$975,000, and three-bedroom apartments are priced from US$1.09 million to US$1.43 million.
