Rugby star Israel Folau sells Austral block for $480,000

Folau retains two adjacent Austral blocks in its extensive NSW real estate portfolio. In 2016, he paid US$374,900 for each piece of 290 square meters side by side.

The neighborhood is well located, close to the new airport.

According to data from real estate companies, the median house price in Austral reached a record US$697,000. com.au, Ray White suggests that emerging residential areas are very suitable for first-time home buyers or investments.

His base in Sydney is Kencester land purchased for $2.1 million in 2015.

Folau and his wife Maria, a former netball player, recently purchased land in Pullenvale, west of Brisbane, for US$1.5 million.
