“For me, it’s just about overall health and wellness. I have a diverse training program designed to keep my body in top condition.”
Franklin also disclosed the fitness work he shared with his wife Jacinta (a fitness and health influencer).
“We like to exercise with the whole family. This is a great way to bring everyone together. Walking and taking our children to the park are things we like to do,” he said.
“When she was pregnant with Tullulah, we started doing Pilates together, which is something we really like.”
In the chaos of the 2021 AFL season, being a father has always been Franklin’s most difficult thing, and this season was repeatedly driven off track due to Covid-19 restrictions and border closures.
Franklin and the Swans were forced to move to Melbourne to keep the AFL season going.
