I recently received this email from a follower and it gave me so much encouragement that I asked if I could share it with you…
Dear crystal,
In the past few years, I have read every night and look forward to the MSM emails you receive every day, and I have read your two previous books. Over the years, it has really helped me save a lot of money, and I really appreciate what you have done.
I am not interested in reading your book
However, I want to be honest with you. I am totally not interested in reading your new book, Love-centered parenting, When you talk about it in an email.
My only child has autism. He just graduated from high school last year and was 20 years old recently. I don’t think you have anything to offer me in terms of parenting advice, and I also think I have “done” it because my son needs parenting books when he is 20 years old.
I don’t think I can listen to your suggestions
I also don’t think I can get advice from people who seem to me “perfect”, have perfect children, perfect marriages, and seem to have a perfect life in general.
But then I saw that you posted a post about a TV interview and was able to watch it. I was shocked that one of your children was labeled a bully a few years ago. I can’t believe what I heard.
I am very familiar with psychiatric hospitals, because my son went in and out several times when he was young, and I really feel sorry for you.I’m going to try Scribd this month so I decided, what will it hurt, I will listen Your book.
Your book is not what I expected at all
I have been listening madly for the past 3 days and it has just finished. I now have 52 bookmarks and I have to listen and write notes again.
Great, not what I expected at all! ! ! You have done a great job, and I know that your heavenly father is very proud of this book you published.
My son is not connected like me at all. We argue a lot because he wants to show me his electronic project or whatever he is doing (highly focused on high-functioning autism), I just feel bored and honest Say don’t care about it sometimes.
He is very needy and needs my attention very much. Sometimes it is difficult to resist, but your book really made me think about my inner state and my reaction to him.
I will work hard to blend in and love, and thank him for wanting me to be so involved in his life. I am going to get a diary now and start writing all the wisdom nuggets before my trial ends in 2 days.
