One of my favorite salad dressings is Thai Peanut Dressing, which you can pair with Panera Thai Chicken Salad. I love nutty, rich flavors! However, I haven’t enjoyed that delicious salad since being diagnosed with a gluten allergy. So, I decided to make a gluten free version!

This Thai Peanut Butter is absolutely delicious, you’ll want to drink it straight from the jar! It’s gluten free, but no one can tell the difference.

Trust me; you’ll want to put it on everything – I recommend getting it from my Thai Peanut Salad.

  • Creamy Peanut Butter is the star of this dressing and sauce. To keep salad dressings clean, I recommend using organic natural peanut butter. You don’t want to use anything with hydrogenated oils or artificial ingredients.
  • Honey Using sweeteners to balance other flavors is essential. Honey is usually my go-to when making homemade salad dressings and I find it adds a touch of sweetness without overpowering the other ingredients. You can also use maple syrup or coconut sugar. Brown sugar is fine, but I prefer to keep the refined sugar out.
