I like to cook egg rolls in an air fryer because not frying means they are healthier and lighter (check all my Air fryer recipe Here). If you don’t have an air fryer, you can also bake them. They are easy to make and taste great! How to make shrimp omelet

The ingredients of these egg rolls are as follows. One of my tips is to prepare all the ingredients before starting so that everything is ready when you need it.

  • vegetables: Cabbage, carrot
  • taste: Ginger, garlic, green onion
  • sauce: Rice vinegar, soy sauce
  • shrimp: You can use fresh or frozen shrimp in these egg rolls. If you use frozen ones, be sure to thaw them in advance.
  • Wrapping paper: Egg roll wrappers are sold in the agricultural products section near tofu in most supermarkets.

How do you make shrimp omelets in an air fryer?

After the omelet is rolled, it only takes about five minutes to cook in the air fryer. Simply spray oil on all sides of the rolls and cook them in batches at 370 degrees Fahrenheit. Turn them over halfway and cook until golden brown.

If you don’t have an air fryer, you can put the egg rolls in the oven at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
