Ingredients
I recommend using frozen fruit or freezing fresh fruit ahead of time to create a cold, creamy smoothie. If you use all fresh fruit, you’ll need to add about one cup of ice cubes.
- Peaches. Juicy fresh ripe peaches are delicious in a smoothie; you can cut them into chunks and leave the skins on. Of course, you need to remove the pit. I recommend freezing fresh peaches in smoothies to get a cold, creamy consistency. If it’s not that time of year when peaches are in season, then use frozen peaches.
- Raspberries. You can use fresh or frozen raspberries. I prefer frozen organic raspberries because it’s cheaper, and I don’t need to worry about the fruit spoiling before using them.
- Banana. A ripe banana gives the smoothie another layer of sweetness and creamy consistency, and I recommend freezing bananas ready to throw into smoothies.
- Lemon. Peaches and raspberries are refreshing fruits but adding fresh lemon juice give this smoothie a fresh flavor that’s so good.
- Chia seeds. I also add chia seeds for a smoothie that’s high in protein, fiber, and omega-3 fatty acids. You can find chia seeds in the natural food section or the baking section of the grocery store. You can also find large bags at affordable prices at BJ’s wholesale. So, if you have access to wholesale stores, check there first. If you don’t have easy access to chia seeds, you can purchase them online from Amazon or Thrive Market.
- Baby spinach. Leafy greens add extra vitamins and nutrients to a smoothie; besides changing its color, they are barely detectable. I prefer baby spinach because the flavor is mild, but you can use kale or any leafy green in a smoothie.
- Unsweetened coconut milk. I prefer to make a vegan smoothie, so I use unsweetened coconut or unsweetened almond milk when blending the ingredients. You can use any non-dairy milk or, if you prefer, use fresh orange juice.

How to Make a Raspberry Peach Smoothie
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend everything until it’s smooth.
- Add more coconut milk or water if you want a thinner smoothie consistency.
Smoothie tip. If you’re using spinach and don’t have a high-speed blenderI recommend blending the spinach and liquid first, and this helps prevent chunks of greens in your smoothie.
Substitutions
- Any berries will work in the peach raspberry smoothie. I like using a triple berry blend.
- If you want more peach flavor the use more peaches and less raspberries. For more raspberry flavor do the opposite.
- For more protein add in plain greek yogurt or a scoop of protein powder or collagen.
- Use your favorite superfood. Hemp hearts, hemp seeds, matcha powder, flax seeds, coconut oil, and MCT oil are all great options.
- You can add a splash of pure vanilla extract for more flavor. A 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract will do the trick.
- Bananas create a sweet smoothie but if you need it sweeter try blending in one teaspoon of pure maple syrup or honey. Taste it first before adding in extra sweetener.

To store: You can store leftover raspberry peach smoothies in an airtight container for one day, and I recommend a mason jar for best results. The smoothie consistency and color will change, but it will still be tasty; give it a few shakes before consuming.
To freeze: Have raspberry peach smoothie ingredients ready for the week or month by assembling them (minus the coconut milk) into smoothie packs and storing them in the freezer. Yes, you can squeeze the lemon juice with the other ingredients. The day you drink the smoothie, toss the ingredients in the blender with milk and blend.
