Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats

I have been eating Overnight oats in a jar For many years, on a busy work day or even at work, cooking and eating the night before was the perfect choice. A few weeks ago, someone sent me an email about making a pumpkin version. So I think it will be the perfect choice for autumn.

Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats

Overnight cereal Very suitable for cooking preparation, because you have to do it the night before. They can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 4 days, so make a batch and enjoy it all week! Perfect for those busy workdays, if you are running, it is perfect.

I made a batch last week Pumpkin Butter (AKA-Pumpkin Paradise on a Spoon) I stir it into my oatmeal with kiwi, bananas and nuts. It’s amazing! I am fascinated and will enjoy this all season!

How to make overnight oats

  1. Start with pumpkin butter (see my simple homemade recipe)
  2. If you prefer to buy pumpkin sauce, use less, because stores buy more sugar.
  3. Take a jar or small glass container, such as heat-resistant glass with a lid, and mix all the basic ingredients.
  4. Refrigerate overnight.
  5. The next morning, add your ingredients (I usually add fresh fruits, nuts and/or seeds) and enjoy.
