Tuna salad meal preparation

- 5 ounce Canned Albacore Tuna, Drain
- 1 Spoon Capers, Drain
- 1 Spoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Spoon Red wine vinegar
- 2 cup arugula
- 1 cup Cooked wheat pasta, From 2 ounces dry (or GF pasta)
- Fresh black pepper
- 1/2 ounce Freshly shaved parmesan
In a large bowl, stir the tuna with the capers, oil, vinegar, arugula, pasta and pepper.
Divide into two plates and put the shaved Parmesan cheese on top.
