I recently discovered that pineapple is a magical meat tenderizer! After marinating these kebabs with fresh pineapple puree and some other delicious mixtures for a short time, the pork almost fell apart and was very tender. After the results of these marinated pork and pineapple kebabs are very good, I can’t wait to try them on some other pieces of meat! Delicious. 🙂
