  • 3 Cup (16 ounces) green seedless grapes, Wash and dry
  • 4 Cup 24 oz extravaganza apples, Diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 8 ounce Nonfat Greek Yogurt, E.g. Stonyfield Organic
  • 4 ounce Light cream cheese, soften
  • 1/4 Cup Light agave, maple, Or brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

For the toppings:

  • 2 Spoon brown sugar, Pack
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped walnuts, Or pecans
  • Cut the grapes in half and set aside.

  • Cut the apples into small pieces the same size as the cut grapes.

  • Stir with lemon juice to prevent the apples from browning.

  • Mix the yogurt, cream cheese, agave and vanilla until well combined.

  • Stir in grapes and apples, pour into 8 small bowls or ramen noodles or a large plate.

  • Mix the brown sugar and crushed walnuts. Sprinkle on the top of each ramen.

  • Cool to eat.
