Recently, we released our own loyalty token – MinerGate Token.

We believe this token will empower all parts of the MinerGate ecosystem and actively engage the community in the life of the project.

Some tokens have been delivered to the most active users to thank them for their contributions. Also, there are a lot of questions about “How do I get more/extra tokens?” Of course there are more, but currently there are two approaches:

  • trade and exchange them Bitcoin, EOSDAQ, BTEX, and Dex;
  • Be the voice of MinerGate, for example, by becoming a contributor.

The added value of each Users matter, whether it’s feedback on social platforms or engagement from new users. But what is most appreciated is the contribution to continuously improving our service, more prominent and more popular.

As an example, we contacted one of our contributors: the moderator of a chat room on our website – @NMR, who implemented an information bot in our chat room, and asked him to share his experience and help these people Provide some inspiration for who would like to be more involved in the MinerGate ecosystem. Below is an interview with our loyal moderators:

ask: How long have you been using MinerGate? What do you like most about it?

One: I started mining with MinerGate a long time ago, before cryptocurrencies were so popular. One of my favorite things about MinerGate is how easy it is to start mining: everything is simple and straightforward.

ask: In your opinion, what should be changed or developed in MinerGate?

One: To make MinerGate more convenient, I will introduce account statistics. These stats will show information such as how many workers are currently online and how many are offline and how many coins are being earned per day.

ask: How did you become a moderator for the MinerGate community? What are your responsibilities and privileges?

One: I am a moderator because I am an active user helping others in the community with their questions and answering their questions. Being a moderator doesn’t give me any privileges, but it helps me resolve conflicts and deficiencies.

ask: How did you come up with the idea of introducing chatbots? What are the main advantages of using chatbots?

One: When I analyze the problems of new MinerGate users, I realize that they are almost all the same. So I have prepared answers to these questions ahead of time that will help in this situation. That’s why I came up with this idea. The main advantage of a chatbot is that it can help users at any time of the day. It will never replace real-time communication between real people, but it can be an excellent assistant for moderators.

ask: What are the main features of the MinerGate community? As a moderator, how do you influence the community and MinerGate itself?

A: For me, it’s not just about finding a pool that mines my favorite coins, but also finding a reliable and stable service. If a MinerGate issue occurs, the team is ready to resolve the issue quickly. Another thing I like about MinerGate is web chat because it improves user coordination on the site.

ask: Recently, you received MG tokens to start a chatbot as a thank you for your contribution. Have you planned how to use them?

One: MG tokens only exist for a short time, so all I have to do is hold them.

ask: Besides mining, what else do you like? What is your hobby?

One: In my free time, I learn new technologies and improve my programming skills.

ask: What advice would you give other miners?

A: Many miners don’t want to dig into the details of mining because they think it’s complicated. Therefore, they lost interest. I believe that before starting mining, it is best to understand the process of mining. Then you will be ready to take all the risks and be able to profit.

Once again, we would like to thank @NMR for taking the time to be interviewed and for being such a great part of the MinerGate community.

In conclusion, you can always visit our chatroom If you have any questions or are curious about things related to mining and the software itself. There, you’ll find like-minded people ready to help and friendly support.
