Mango Super Fast Black Fish Tacos

This is what I call a serious “shortcut recipe” that contains pre-mixed seasonings and fish that can be cooked in less than 10 minutes. We often add mango to fish tacos, but this is my first attempt to try black fish (the whole family’s favorite) with black fish, let me tell you… it’s a winning combination!

When something simple is so delicious and wholesome, I love it. In the foreseeable future, this will definitely be our new way of making tacos (because I don’t want to change it whenever possible, it’s no secret!)! What is your favorite way to make fish tacos?

Before getting into the recipe, let’s discuss how to cut mangoes, because I know that sometimes this can be tricky or intimidating.I’m not saying that this is the “right” approach, but it’s mine Method. This is what to do…

how is it Cut mango

  • First, use a carrot peeler to peel the skin from the outside of the ripe (slightly soft) mango.
  • Next, place the mangoes upright and use one of them to cut the mangoes into thin slices Convenient, dandy tool (Pictured).
  • Third, put the two slices without seeds on the cutting board and cut into small pieces.
  • Fourth, never forget this step, pick up the seeds and bite off the rest intact!

Smoked Black Fish Tacos in 100 Days of Real Food


raw material

  • 1 piece lb whitefish, (Such as red fish or sea bream, without skin), cut into 1″ to 2″ pieces
  • 4 Tablespoon Melted butter
  • 2 pcs Tablespoon Blackened red fish magic seasoning, (Sold on Amazon and other grocery stores) or similar products
  • 1 piece Mango, Peeled and sliced

service for something

  • 4 corn cake
  • 12 ounce cheese, (Broken queso fresco or chopped Monterey Jack)
  • sour cream
  • Lime wedge
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat one Cast iron pot Heat at medium high temperature.

  2. Put the chopped fish in a shallow bowl, pour the melted butter on it, and wrap it around. Sprinkle the seasoning and mix well again until the coating is complete.

  3. Place the seasoned fish fillets in a hot pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, until the fish starts to become flaky and the bottom is no longer transparent. Flip carefully and cook until opaque and flaky, a few more minutes.

  4. Serve immediately with tortillas, mango and other toppings.
