I can never predict which recipes will go viral, but I can give some recipes that have quietly disappeared on the Internet under the spotlight.
In no particular order, These are 11 of my favorite Well Plated recipes this year For whatever reason (online distraction? Little-known ingredients? Humidity that day?), they never made me feel that their deliciousness is worth a try.

Diced turkey. Don’t wait until next Thanksgiving to try this cozy pot!You can change Shredded chicken. This casserole is creamy, nostalgic, and delicious.

Salmon croquettes. Canned salmon will do wonders for your busy workday dinners.

Beef Bourguignon. My annual bucket list recipe. It did not disappoint.

Quinoa Chickpea Salad. As one reviewer put it, roasted scallion sauce is “the taste that explodes in your mouth.”

Blue Cheese Burger. Black beans and lean ground beef are mixed in the pies to make these pies more moist and better for you.

Creamy Mushroom Soup. I see. Not everyone likes mushrooms. But if you do, this soup is incredible!

A bowl of brownie. A bowl, in your oven in 15 minutes, and so much chocolate. what are you waiting for?

Stuffed Pork Tenderloin. Simple to make, it will make you feel very fancy.

Italian Tuna Salad. Your lunch box will love you.

Bacon Wrapped Brussels Sprouts. My friends will not let me go to parties unless I bring these (just kidding).
