Charith Asalanka took part in his first test and scored 10 points before becoming Permaul’s next wicket and was caught by Bonner.
Angelo Matthews left the field due to injury at the age of 12, but returned when he fell at the eighth wicket, even though he was still unable to run. He hit two six-pointers and a boundary, then Warrican scored 29 points, ending Sri Lanka’s first game.

Sri Lanka won the first test with 187 times on the same venue, while the West Indies had to win the second time for a tie.
