Xavi put an end to speculation that he could take over as Barcelona’s head coach by signing a two-year contract extension with Al-Sadd.
The 41-year-old player has become a legend in the club after 17 years in the Barcelona first team, so he wants to take over at the Nou Camp.
But Harvey will now stay at the Qatar club until 2023.
