The Gunners owner believes that if his team starts to compete for the Premier League title again, then things must improve
Mikel Arteta talked about the major changes that Arsenal will need to make this summer-saying that his team must now develop into challengers.

Arteta admitted that his performance was not good enough, and he believes that what happened off the court this summer will be the key to getting the club back on track.
