The 23-year-old winger will be absent from the game after being found to be infected with the coronavirus
Andrei Mostovoi had to withdraw from the Russian team before the 2020 European Cup.
The day before the opening match of the game against Belgium, the 23-year-old player tested positive for Covid-19.
Dynamo Moscow defender Roman Yevgenyev replaced Mostovoi in the 26-man lineup.

“In view of Andrey Mostovoy’s poor PCR test results, the coaching staff decided to include defender Roman Evgeniev (Roman Evgeniev) on the team.
How important is Mostovoi to Russia?
The winger and forward made his national team debut in a friendly against Sweden in October last year, and he has now played 8 games.
After a one-year loan in Sochi, Mostovoi returned to Zenit St. Petersburg last summer.
He played 33 times last season and helped the Russian giants win the league and cup double crowns.
Where is Yevgenyev?
Mostovoi’s substitute has only played once for Russia. He played against Serbia in the UEFA Europa League in November.
But the 22-year-old is a key player for Dynamo Moscow, making 29 appearances in all competitions and they are ranked seventh in the Premier League.
