The Colombian National Federation said on Monday that Radamel Falcao will miss Colombia’s World Cup qualifiers against Brazil and Paraguay due to injury.
The Colombian Football Association stated that the 35-year-old was injured in the La Liga match between Vallecano and Real Madrid last Saturday.

“Radamel Falcao’s right thigh adductor muscle is torn,” Leo Vallecano said in a statement, adding that he will not be able to participate in the competition for three to four weeks.
Colombia ranks fourth in the South American standings, occupying the last qualifying seat in the World Cup finals next year.
Challenge Brazil away on Friday and Paraguay at home next Tuesday.
