The history of cricket, the legendary Donald Bradman (Donald Bradman) used the bat in the 1934 Ashes Series, he used this bat to score two third centuries.
Bradman also used the bat with opening batter Bill Ponsford to obtain his highest ever 451 Test partnership.
Since 1999, this bat has been on display at the Bradman Museum in Bowral, Southern Highlands, New South Wales, on loan from a private owner.

William Sykes and his son’s bats were used in all five test matches of the England Ashes, where Bradman accumulated 758 shots.
Bradman scored 6,996 runs in 52 tests, with an average score of 99.94. He scored the highest in the series, including Headingley’s 304 points and the Oval’s 244 points.
“Its provenance is indisputable,” abc.net.au quoted the museum’s executive director Rina Hore as saying.
“Sir Donald has actually written down the fact that he scored with this bat in his own handwriting.
“I think this is a treasure.” According to reports, the bat has no reserve price. Bradman’s other bat was sold for A$110,000 in 2018.
Bradman used that bat after the Bodyline series in Australia. The British used this strategy to counter Bradman’s prolific running points.
