Wish MS Dhoni be 40 years old today

Former Indian captain and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) captain Ms. Donny Turn 40 years old on Wednesday. On this special day, Indian legends from all over are pouring in blessings. Former Indian batsman Suresh Raina (Suresh Raina), who has played a lot with Donny in India and CSK, posted a video on Twitter which showed some candor of the two cricketers time.

In the post, he wrote: “Happy birthday to you @msdhoni, you have always been my friend, brother and mentor, this is what I ask for. May God bless you with good health and longevity! Thank you for being an iconic player And great leader. #HappyBirthdayDhoni.”

Hardik Pandya, Ishant Sharma and Mohammad Kaif also expressed their blessings to the Indian legend on Twitter. Kaif compared the captains of Dhoni and Sourav Ganguly and wrote: “Dada taught us, young people, how to win. Dhoni made it a habit. Two great leaders from different eras were born a day apart. Happy birthday to the man who shaped Indian cricket. @msdhoni @SGanguly99.”

Pandya described Dhoni as his best friend and wrote on Twitter: “To my forever love and my best friend, happy birthday Mahi bhai. Only love you @msdhoni.”

On the occasion of the 40th birthday of the well-respected cricketer, BCCI and ICC also sent multiple blessings to Donnie on Twitter.

Duny is considered to be one of the greatest players who has graced the gentleman’s game. He is the only captain to win all three ICC championships. Under the leadership of Duny, India won the 2007 T20 World Cup, the 2011 Top 50 World Cup and the 2013 championship trophy.

As a player, Duny has an amazing international record. After making his debut in the 2004 international match against Bangladesh, he went on to participate in 90 tests, 350 ODIs and 98 T20Is. Dhoni ran 4,876 times in the test, with an average of 38.09, and 10,773 runs in the ODI, with an average of 50.58. In T20Is, he completed 1,617 runs with a strike rate of 126.13.

The last time Duny played for India was in the 2019 World Cup semi-final against New Zealand in Manchester, but the Indian lost. He retired from the international cricket team on August 15, 2020, but served as CSK captain in the first half of the 2021 IPL. When the T20 league resumes in the UAE in September, he will play again.
