In the beginning, India didn’t have a desired start. The team lost two early wickets of Shubman Gill and Tilak Verma. But skipper Suryakumar Yadav played a captain’s knock. He scored a magnificent century. That ton, helped India to reach a fighting total. He played a knock of 100 runs only in 56 balls. He smashed 7 boundaries and 8 over-boundaries. Rinku Singh scored 14 runs in 10 balls. After 20 overs, India challenged the opponent with a target of 202 runs.
While chasing the target, South Africa struggled since the beginning. In the first two overs, South Africa lost their first wicket. Mukesh Kumar got the first success for the team. After that, there was no look back. Kuldeep Yadav Got a five-wicket haul. Ravindra Jadeja picked up 2 wickets in 25 runs. Mukesh Kumar and Arshdeep Singh picked up 1 wicket each. South Africa got all-out on 95 runs. India won the match by 106 runs and leveled the series. Now the next target is the ODI series starting on December 17.
