Former Indian deputy Harbhajan Singh praised Ishan Kishan and Prithvi Shaw for their outstanding performance in the first ODI match between Colombo and Sri Lanka. The visiting team won by 7 wickets on Sunday.

The veteran cricketer explained: “Based on their performance, they should not be ignored. Even if the selectors have to change senior players, they should continue to do so. I also feel that Suryakumar Yadav has locked his place in the T20 World Cup. Not only does he play the offensive brand of cricket, but he is also able to maintain his wicket and fast scoring at the same time.”

India was deeply impressed in the first ODI held in Colombo on Sunday. The first is bowling. They limited Sri Lanka to 262 points. Deepak Chahar, Yuzvendra Chahal and Kuldeep Yadav each took two wickets.
