After Chennai Super Kings (CSK) defeated Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) by 27 runs in the final of IPL 2021, Suresh Raina and Robin Uthappa won their final IPL championship. Despite Raina’s injury, Uthappa filled in for him in the championship game and scored 31 points out of a possible 15.

Raina played a role in CSK’s final four IPL championships in 2010, 2011, 2018, and 2021. In 2021, he participated in the team’s final IPL match.
