England’s Physically Disabled Team Set to Face India in 5 T20Is


In the world of sports, sportsmanship is everything. In this world, cricket is just not a game, it is an emotion for many. Sometimes even physical disabilities can’t reduce love for the game. Along with the national team, a special team of physically disabled cricketers also plays tournaments. Now a new chapter is waiting for them. England’s physically disabled team will travel to India to play a T20 series against India’s Physically disabled team.

In general cricket, all the countries are achieving milestones often. But there is also another side of cricket. Many countries have a special cricket team, a physically disabled team. Countries like India and England are coming forward to give them more chances. They also played matches and tournaments just like their normal team. 

A historic moment in world cricket is waiting. England’s physically disabled team is all set to travel to India to play a T20 series. Both teams will play five matches in the series. From January 28 to February 6th, five matches will be played. Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad is all set to arrange this exciting tournament.

DCCI, Differently Abled Cricket Council of India gave a brief about India’s team, their strength, and their dedication towards the game. Fans are waiting to see the special series.

This is just not a competition. This will work as a cultural exchange, build relations, and the development of this format of cricket. 

As per reports, after the fifth T20 match of the series, a closing ceremony will be done. BCCI thanked Secretary Jay Shah for making the historic tour happen. BCCI also thanked Anil Patel, Secretary of the Gujarat Cricket Association for supporting this initiative. The entire cricket world is excited for the historic series.
