England general manager Ashley Giles confirmed that they have no plans to adjust their schedule to accommodate the IPL that may resume in the second half of September. Giles also reiterated that England players will not be released in the second half of the IPL because the team’s priority is first.

Although Giles admitted that some players may take a break in the Bangladesh and Pakistan tour, but he emphasized that they will not be allowed to play cricket elsewhere.
