Christian Proik appointed male American football players

Chelsea forward Christian Pulisic was named the American Football Player of the Year.

Ricardo Pepi (Ricardo Pepi) was named the Governing Body’s Young Male Player of the Year before the final 2021 exhibition game of the United States against Bosnia and Herzegovina on Saturday night.

Pulisic became the first American to reach the Champions League final and the first American to win a championship season at Chelsea.

He scored 6 goals and 4 assists in 40 games for the London club, among which the outstanding performance was the two-goal match against Crystal Palace in April and the first leg of the Champions League semi-final match against Real Madrid.

In his national team, Pulisic has served as captain four times and also scored three winning goals, including two goals against rival Mexico.

The Pennsylvania native scored a penalty kick in the Central, North American and Caribbean Nations League final. After coming off the bench in the World Cup qualifiers last month, he scored on his first touch last month.

In September, the 18-year-old Pepi made his energetic debut in the national team’s game against Honduras, scoring a goal and sending out two assists in the 4-1 match.

In October, he scored two goals in the game against Jamaica, cementing his position as one of the most promising young talents in the American system.

The FC Dallas forward and El Paso native chose to represent the US team in his parents’ hometown of Mexico in August shortly after his first MLS All-Star game.

The 23-year-old Pulisic also won the top awards in 2017 and 2019, and won the Youth Player Award in 2016. He is the only man to win the award at least three times after Clint Dempsey, Landon Donovan and Casey Keller, and Pulisic is the youngest three-time champion.
