WWE decided to start taking unusual measures in 2022, arranging the first day of pay-per-view activities on New Year’s Day. The game will start at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta.
WWE does not schedule a pay-per-view event in December, so all the focus of the weekly TV show will be on the big event on January 1. A championship game has been confirmed. Big E defends the WWE championship with Seth Rollins and Kevin Owens in a triple threat game. More matches will be played in the next few weeks, and it is expected that all the men’s and women’s advancement to the world championship titles will be played on the cards.
As with all major WWE events, the first day will be broadcast live on Peacock. The main card will start at 8pm Eastern Time, and the performance will begin one hour ago.

WWE Day 1 Tournament
WWE Championship-Big E (c) vs. Seth Rollins vs. Kevin Owens: In late October, Rollins won a ladder on Raw, which guaranteed his future title. Because Big E was bundled with Roman Reigns and Survivor Series, it was put on hold for most of the time before November. Rollins then announced that he would win the title on the first day, only to see Owens-he recently turned around after attacking the big E-facing the big E and stipulated that Owens would enter the game with a victory. Owens was able to provoke Rollins to attack him in the game, resulting in Owens being named the champion due to disqualification and confirming that he participated in the first day of the championship.
WWE Day 1 Forecast
Universal Championship-Roman Rains (c) vs. Brock Lesner: With the help of The Usos, Reigns defeated Lesnar at Crown Jewel. An angry Leissner attacked SmackDown, and this attack continued to WWE official Adam Pierce. Lesner was subsequently suspended for his actions. After Sami Zayn won a royal battle on SmackDown to determine the next challenger to the Reigns title, it was announced that Lesnar will return to SmackDown on December 3. The New Year’s Day conflict between Reigns and Lesnar is more meaningful than Reigns vs. Zane. Again, the rematch between Lesner and Reigns may not happen until WrestleMania.
Raw Women’s Championship-Becky Lynch (c) vs. Liv Morgan: Morgan has consolidated the title and provided this opportunity for the Raw edition on December 6. To build a new challenger in less than a month, for WWE, an easy game would seem to be an unsatisfactory ending and Morgan’s rematch. Since the suspension of production and the birth of her first child, Lynch’s performance has been very good, and she has played very well with almost everyone who stepped into the boxing ring. This will give Morgan a great opportunity to maintain his position with Lynch on a big stage.
SmackDown Women’s Championship-Charlotte Flair (c) vs. Toni Storm: Like Lynch, Fryer is a champion who needs a new challenger. WWE seems to have chosen Storm for this role. In recent weeks, Storm and Flair have confused it, including Flair hit Storm in the face with two pies in the post-Thanksgiving version of SmackDown. Since Flair has no other options, it is expected that Storm will have the opportunity to participate in the championship.
Raw Tag Team Champion-RK-Bro (c) vs. Dirty Dawgs: RK-Bro is Raw’s central focus every week and is closely related to many of Robert Roode and Dolph Ziggler’s games. Although it is possible to turn the game into a four-way game including The Street Profits and AJ Styles & Omos, it is clear that Dirty Dawgs will challenge in some capacity.
