May 19, 2021, Minnesota (GLOBE NEWSWIRE)-Sun Country Aviation Holdings Limited (NASDAQ:SNCY) (“Sun Country Airlines”) today announced the pricing of the secondary issuance of 7,250,000 ordinary shares by subsidiaries of certain investment funds managed by subsidiaries of Apollo Global Management, Inc. (“sale stockholders”) . The public offering price is $34.50 per share. The issuance is expected to end on May 24, 2021, subject to customary conditions.
The underwriter will have a 30-day option to sell up to 1,087,500 common shares from the seller. Sun Country Airlines does not sell any shares and will not receive any proceeds from the issuance.
Barclays, Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank Securities acted as the joint lead bookrunners for the offering, while Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Nomura acted as the Joint bookkeeper of the issuance. Apollo Global Securities, AmeriVet Securities, Siebert Williams Shank and Tribal Markets, LLC acted as joint managers of this offering.
