Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP is pleased to announce that Edwin Astudillo has joined the firm as a Partner in the Corporate and Securities practice, based in the firm’s San Diego (Del Mar) office. He most recently served as co-managing partner at Breakwater Law Group, LLP in San Diego, a firm he co-founded in 2016. Astudillo was previously a partner at Sheppard Mullin from 2008 to 2013.
