Sametimeweb announces initial public offering pricing

Sametimeweb Ltd. (“Similarweb”) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 8,000,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $22.00 per share. Sametimeweb will provide 7,500,000 common shares, and the selling shareholders named in the prospectus will provide 500,000 common shares. In addition, Similarweb also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an additional 1,125,000 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price, minus underwriting discounts and commissions.
