-A statement that NEO MEDICAL has copied SAFE ORTHOPEDICS patent claims 1 to 5, 11 and 13 of its products through importing, distributing and marketing in France, and has committed infringements that harm SAFE ORTHOPAEDICS.
Therefore, the Paris Court of First Instance has:
-NEO MEDICAL is prohibited from importing and selling PEDICLE SCREW KIT products in France and imposes a fine
-Order the destruction of the PEDICLE SCREW KIT products remaining in the NEO MEDICAL SAS premises and impose penalties under the control of the bailiffs,
-Order NEO MEDICAL to communicate certain information in order to determine the exact amount of loss suffered by SAFE ORTHOPEDICS…”
