Michael has more than five years of private equity and investment banking experience, two of which focus on private equity in the low-end market.
Before joining P4G Capital, Mr. Bruell worked as an assistant at HKW, where he was a member of the investment team, responsible for evaluating and acquiring investments, and working with portfolio companies to execute strategic growth plans. Prior to joining HKW, Michael was an investment banking analyst at Cain Brothers, focusing on M&A and financing transactions for healthcare companies. Mr. Bruell received a bachelor’s degree in finance and international business Indiana University.
Mr. Yang has more than 5 years of private equity and investment banking experience, of which three years have focused on private equity in the low-end market.
Before joining P4G Capital, Mr. Yang served as a senior assistant at Hidden Harbour Capital Partners, where he was a member of the investment team, responsible for evaluating and acquiring investments, and working with portfolio companies to execute strategic growth plans. Before joining Hidden Harbor, John was an assistant at PNC Riverarch Capital and an analyst at BlackArch Partners.Mr. Yang received an MBA from the Wharton School University of PennsylvaniaAnd from Duke University.
